Superfood Blueberry Oatmeal

There are so many satisfying foods on this earth, but nothing quite satisfies your morning hunger like a bog bowl of oatmeal! (especially when its chocked full of blueberries)

How I did:

~1/2 cup of oats

~1 cup dairy-free milk

~1/2 tbs.  maca powder

~1 scoop of collagen peptides (use code MELISSA10 for discount)

~few dashes of cinnamon

~dash of vanilla extract

~1/4-1/3 cup organic frozen blueberries

~optional- hemp hearts, coconut shreds, peanut butter, and banana slices for topping

Directions: Throw all ingredients into a small pot and bring to a boil. Once oatmeal bowls, lower hear to medium-low and cook until desired thickness (about 5-10 mins). Top with peanut butter, more blueberries, coconut, bananas, chia seeds, or any other toppings. Enjoy!
