I came home from work today starving and craving chocolate and peanut butter. Instead of reaching for a Resse’s PB cup or a piece of toast (I was craving toast, too), I decided to make a protein shake!
Here’s how I made it:
~1 frozen banana
~1 handful of ice cubes
~2 tbs. peanut butter
~1/2 tbs. flax meal
~2 tsp. moringa powder
~1 scoop of collagen peptides
~1 tbs. cocoa powder
~heaping 1/2 tbs. chia seeds
~1 scoop of clean chocolate protein powder (I used this)
~few dashes of cinnamon
~enough unsweetened vanilla almond milk to blend to desired consistency
~optional – chocolate and peanut butter granola’s to top
Directions: Place all ingredients (except granola) into a blender and blend until smooth. Top with a drizzle of peanut butter and granola. Enjoy!
